We understand that we have to earn your trust throughout the process and our solution is designed to do just that.
Information Session
We will setup a phone call to go over your background, skill sets and your goals for the future. During this meeting, we will identify potential clients and go over relocation and other factors affecting your decision.
Marketing
We will reach out to current clients and prospective clients sharing only information regarding your skill set and background. We will never provide your name, contact information or companies you have worked for during this process. If one of our clients express interest then we will contact you to go over the potential opportunity. Only then, if you choose to move forward, will we begin the process of sharing information with the client.
Presentation
Once there is mutual interest on both sides, we will submit a resume and candidate summary to the client. If the client expresses further interest we will then begin the process of setting up interview with our client.
